Instructions

Directions For Use:
First, remove clothing from the area you wish to measure. Then take the MyoTape and pull out more than it looks like your going to use by about 5-10 inches and lock the knob at the end of the tape in the slot on the other side of the handle. Slide the loop you made up your arm, leg, etc to the body part you want to measure. Press the button on the handle to tighten the tape around the particular body part. Check the measurement # of the tape after you've pressed the button to see the size of that body part.
