Directions For Use:

9-12% BF = 3 servings/d
12-15% BF = 2
15-20% BF = 1

Females
Add 1 serving to corresponding male dosages. Do not use until under 25% BF.

This dosing protocol assumes maintence calorie intake. Add or subtract 2 servings per 500 calories that you decrease or increase intake from maintenence, respectively.

If you have been dieting previous to starting LeptiGen, add 1 serving for every 4 weeks, with a maximum of 3 additional servings.
