Directions For Use:
Use 1/2 capful (500mg Sesamin) 3 times per day, with meals. Those who tend to store bodyfat easily may benefit from up to two-fold higher dosing. Those who are naturally lean may prefer to use 1/2 of recommeded dosing. Likewise, an increase or decrease in calories +/- 500 calories from maintenence would warrant higher or lower dosing, respectively. Refrigerate after opening.
