Training Computer:
The Cardio Control XT800 is a training computer that has been specifically developed for this rowing machine. The display is easy to read and easy to use. The Cardio Control XT800 has the option of setting values by hand or choosing between eight different programmes. There are six programmes with a varied training intensity and two heart rate driven programmes. When selecting the desired programme the course of the training is graphically displayed on screen.
