Directions For Use

2 tablets supplying 300mg sida cordifolia extract(standardised at 8% alkaloids). 1 tablet to be taken twice per day for the first week, then increase the dose to two tablets taken twice per day. Ideal take the tablets with food and do not take before going to sleep.
