Directions For Use

For a rich creamy shake, combine contents of one packet with 16 oz of cold water or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. For variety, add contents to your favorite juic. For a thinner shake add more water, for a thicker shake add less.
