Directions For Use:
Take half a sachet (= 50g/1 serving.) per 30 min. of activity, best with 200 ml of fluid. Also consume 2 servings of EAS Energy gel immediately following the workout to ensure maximized glycogen loading. This takes advantage of the so called post-exercise window, when your body replenishes it glycogen storage most efficiently and easily. This will also assist in reducing post-exercise fatigue.
