I’ve forgotten my password – what do I do?

If you forget your password the you can go to the forgotten password page and enter your registered email address. The website will then email you a new password that you can use to log in to your account.

If you have forgotten the email address registered with your account then you may either email info@cheap-supplements.co.uk or call 0800 011 3614 (Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm) and we will do all we can to help resolve the situation.

How can I see the current status of my order?

To check on the status of your latest order simply Log in to your account and if you have any outstanding orders they will be shown in the Orders section of the Account Summary page.

How can I see my order history?

To see all of the orders you’ve ever placed on Cheap Supplements simply Log in to your account and click on the Orders link in the Blue My account box on the right hand side of the page.

How can I manage my newsletter subscription?

You can manage your newsletter subscription in two different ways:-

Firstly, you can subscribe to the Cheap Supplements newsletter by simply entering your email address into the Newsletter box on the bottom right area of the website.

Alternatively, you can subscribe and unsubscribe to the Cheap Supplements newsletter in your account area. Simply log in to your account and click on the Newsletter Subscriptions link in the Blue 'My account' box on the right hand side of the page. Here you are able to subscribe and unsubscribe from the Cheap Supplements newsletter as you wish. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is included at the bottom of every newsletter we send.
