Gugglesterones: are derived from the herb Commiphora Mukul. This herb and its component gugglesterones are well known for increasing thyroid function. Thyroid hormones are the main regulators of body temperature and metabolism. The use of gugglesterones and the resulting increase in thyroid activity, increase thermogenesis and lipolysis.

Evodiamine: is obtained from the herb, Evodia rutaecarpa. Evodiamine has been shown to reduce gastric motility, meaning that it takes longer for food to travel through the gut. This results in a feeling of fullness and a reduction in appetite. Evodiamine has also been shown to be a vanniloid receptor agonist, that results in increased energy expenditure and dissipation of food energy as body heat. This means that more of the energy from food is used to heat the body.

ALCAR : (ALCAR) is a derivative of the amino acid carnitine. ALCAR is used to shuttle acetyl groups and nutrients into mitochondria for energy production. The acetyl group from ALCAR can be used to from acetyl-CoA, the most important intermediary in the generation of energy.

Green Tea : contains potent antioxidants and components such as epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Green tea reduces the absorption of carbohydrates and inhibits the actions of amylase, an enzyme that breaks down sugars. This results in a slower absorption of carbohydrates and a reduced insulin response.

Momordica: is a traditional Chinese remedy. Momordica is a very effective reducer of blood glucose and insulin levels. Also, momordica is effective at reducing adiposity, triglyceride levels and cholesterol levels in animals who have been fed a high fat diet.

Fo-ti: is a Chinese herbal obtained from the roots of the polygonum multiflorun. Fo-Ti is well known for its properties as an adaptogen and its purported role in increasing longevity, preventing premature aging and graying hair. More recently, it has been found that fo-ti is a fatty acid synthase inhibitor. Fatty acid synthase is the only enzyme that can generate fats within the cell; all other fat comes from the diet. The inhibition of this enzyme can help to reduce fat storage and production in the fat cell.

Berberine: is a component of the herb Coptidis Rhizoma. Berberine has many actions in the body, including the inhibition of PPAR-gamma receptors. PPAR-gamma is responsible for the maturation of fat cells as well as their accumulation of fat. Berberine has also been shown to be a liver protectant.
