Ginger is also a slight thermogenic, can help lower cholesterol and has been shown in studies to be 75% effective in reducing joint pain. I added a small amount of white willow bark to help increase blood flow and vascular health. This herb has been used for years to promote cardiovascular health and reduce pain and inflammation.

Finally, guarana was added for a small amount of caffeine to act synergistically with the NADH to improve overall performance and lifting power.
