Each daily serving contains:

- 60g of protein with biomax exclusive whey.
- 10g creatine monohydrate
- 2g potassium and magnesium bicarbonates
- 400ug chromium and 10mg bioperine
- 80mg suma
- 40g creatine forcing carbohydrates
- 10g glutamine and 3g HMB

Other Ingredients:
Dextrose, biomax (a maximuscle proprietary blend of whey protein isolates, hydrolysates and whey peptides), creatine monohydrate, glutamine, essential fatty acids, flavouring (chocolate or strawberry), tricalcium, phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, colour: cochineal Red A in Cyclone Strawberry, 97% beta-ecdysterone from suma, sweetener: sucralose, bioperine, chromium polynicotinate.

Directions For Use:
Mix 1 sachet of Cyclone with 350-400ml of water. Stir with a fork or mix in a Maximuscle shaker. Cyclone should always be consumed within 5 minutes of mixing. Always take 2 sachets daily, 1 sachet in the morning, and the same again in the afternoon after exercise.
