Directions For Use
Blend 1 scoop with 250ml of cold water or juice.
For best results use an electric blend and once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes.
For optimum results take as follows; Phase One (Loading): Drink 4 servings daily for 5 days.
Phase Two (Maintenance): Drink 1-2 servings daily for 11 weeks.
Phase Three (Rest Period): No creatine supplementation for 4 weeks.
