Natrol® Cholesterol Balance tablets with natural plant sterols, have been especially formulated especially for those who want to lower or maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels.

Plant sterols (phytosterols) are structurally similar to cholesterol and they compete with the cholesterol we ingest for absorption through the small intestine.

The cholesterol-lowering potential of dietary plant stanols and sterols has been known for over 50 years; found in most fruits, nuts, seeds, vegetables and whole grain products, phytosterols are natural compounds that are a part of a healthy diet but it can be difficult to consume enough of these foods on a daily basis as the amounts are not often great enough to have significant blood cholesterol-lowering effects.

Directions For Use
take one tablet immediately before a meal up to six times daily.
