Psyllium husks come from the outside coat of the seeds of the plant Plantago Ovato. The husk provides a good source of fibre, and is good used as part of a cleanse programme.

Ingredients:

Psyllium husks powder, capsule shell, (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), vegetable magnesium stearate.

Dosage Guide:

Adults: Take 1 - 6 vegicaps daily as a food supplement, or as directed by a practitioner.
