Directions For Use:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one lozenge daily. For short term high-intensity use take on to two lozenges every 2-4 hours, dissolving completely in the mouth. Children under 60 pounds use 1/2 adult amount. Do not exceed 10 lozenges per day.
