NOW® Flax Seed Oil has been specially processed to be as close as possible to the original oil in the seed. The oil is cold pressed at about 100o F by a special process which eliminates the destructive effects of both light and air. The oil is nitrogen flushed when the bottle is filled to maintain freshness until opened.
