Directions For Use:
Take 1 scoop upon waking and 1 scoop prior to training with 8-10oz water. For optimum benefit, PlatimumG can also be utilized post-training with a good quality carbohydrate and protein source and/or at bedtime. For best results, use PlatinumG as part of a sensible nutrition and exercise program.
