Directions For Use:
Load for the first week by taking 3 tablets, 3 times per day. After that, take 2 - 4 tablets per day, preferably after exercise. Suck, swallow or chew tablets with a hot or cold drink. Exceeding the stated dose will not lead to increased creatine absorption and may cause discomfort. Do not use if you have liver, kidney or other health problems. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
