Directions For Use:
Mix, shake or blend 3 scoops (202g) with 568ml of milk, water or your favourite beverage. For best results take one serving immediately after workout and another serving between any two meals during the day. On non-training days drink one serving in between meals in the morning and another in the afternoon. This is a precision formulation and there is no need to drink more that 3 servings a day.
