Directions For Use:

Take a total of six capsules per day, one in the morning with breakfast, one with lunch and four capsules approximately fifteen minutes before bed time. After one week of use, increase weights during weight training and decrease repetitions as muscle anabolism increases. Ensure that you have warmed up and stretched sufficiently before engaging in weight training as increased strength could result in muscle injury if you have not warmed up.
