Antioxidants and Caffeine

So effective are the anti-oxidants in Smart 1 at improving blood flow that they have been shown to improve night vision and lens refraction - surely beneficial in itself. High levels of caffeine consumption can have the negative effect of blurring vision and it is hoped that the anti-oxidant combination provided in Smart-1 gels will protect against this.
