Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 rounded scoop with 200-400ml of cold water and drink 30-40 minutes before your workout. (Body builders over 100kg mix 2 rounded scoops.) Take only on an empty stomach. Taking it with food or a shake will diminish the effect.
Training in the morning: Take Nitrox Voltage 40 minutes before your morning workout on an empty stomach (At least 1 hour away from a meal or protein shake).
Training in the afternoon: Take Nitrox Voltage 40 minutes before training and sip slowly.
Non Training days: As a dietary supplement, mix half a scoop of Nitrox Voltage in 200ml-400ml of cold water and drink it 1 hour before breakfast. Remember to take your Nitrox Voltage on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour away from a meal of a protein shake.
